In need of Scale drawings for your building project?

Have you completed your project and now need to apply for Retro Planning?

Be it a proposed Conservatory, Extension, Sun Lounge, Log Cabin, you may need to apply for Planning Permission. Such being the case you will need to supply architectural drawings for your proposed project.

I can supply the drawings for such a project at a fraction of the cost charged by Chartered Architects.

In most cases I am able to undertake the the planning application process, at additional cost, should you require this service.

Building Regulations can also be provided along with Structural Calculations and everything you need to complete the complete Building Regulations requirements.

Charges for my services start from as little as £350.00* (6 Copies)

Ordnance survey maps are supplied at a cost of £50.00 Site Plans & £50.00 for Block Plans (6 copies)

All drawings are completed within seven days of commissioning and payment is only due once the drawings are submitted to you in full, or validated by the local building authority, dependant upon the level of service you require.
